Soul Food: Reducing Stress



Stress is a hot topic these days. The medical community is finally convinced that STRESS does more damage to our bodies than poor diet or obesity.

And it is so hard to manage stress in our culture of "get it done" and "let's do more." If we are not careful, we can quickly become victim of this silent killer.

I have discovered that stress begins with what you think (see my previous post on "Thinking Good Thoughts"). Your stress level is also highly dependent upon your daily routines and habits. Failing to take the time to relax and enjoy life is probably the number one contributor to feeling anxious, worried, and tense.

So, what can you do to begin reducing your stress level? You must MANAGE it!
