Being Unique can come with its own set of perils. One of those possibilities is that of being bullied.
People who are "different" from the defined "norm" are often targets for being mistreated. The "in" group decides that it would be "fun" to intimidate and harass the Unique. It takes place everyday in schools, workplaces, and communities.
This is one of the many reasons that I am passionate about helping others understand and leverage the power of their Unique.
Notice that the definition of "bullying" is that the bully uses "superior strength or influence." This implies that the bully is somehow superior. This is not true. Bullies are not superior. People who bully others are not strong. They prey on the weak.
Also notice that according to the definition, they use intimidation.

Intimidation is a tactic that only works if the person being intimidated gives in to feelings of fear and awe.
Can I tell you something? You are stronger than any bully. You are not weak. There is no reason to fear your bully. They do not have control over you unless you give it to them.
